Crocheted Ric Rac

I had never been a fan of Ric Rac but i am slowly warming to it benefits when added to sewn items...also as the big chill hits i am going back to my beloved crochet..makes you feel all warm and cosy crocheting by the fire.
Also due to spending a lot of recent times in the car (slight car sickness can be induced) and waiting rooms i find crochet is a great transportable craft.
On the way to another trip to Launceston and a waiting room i grabbed some cotton and some hooks and set about making Ric Rac..no idea what i will be doing with it yet.

Very easy...quick tutorial....
Rnd 1 - Ch4, (2 DC, Ch 1, DC 1) All in the first Ch Sp. Ch 3. Turn
Rnd2 -( 2 DC,1 Ch, 1 DC) In first Ch Sp from previous row, Ch 3, Turn
Repeat....over and over and over.....
