Market dress and art works

We've had fun this weekend. I got out in the garden and planted up some seeds. I made a start on my Tasart piece and made a cute little skirt for the "not so baby G" (damn shes growing up quick).
While making a start on my Tasart entry my studio was invaded very quickly by little hands. She was pretty good in there except i ended up with pink from her swinging brush on my clothes (soaking now). I seriously could not get her out of there....i had to use bribes. I have been sewing more than painting latly so she has never really had the opportunity to go in there. She was so wrapped in her work, i was amazed how dedicated she was, not even asking for much. So i got my work done with minimal interruption, except for the constant chatter. She never stops talking.

On Saturday i whipped up a skirt from an online tutorial from Made. It's the market skirt and was fairly simple. I got the main fabric from spotty on Friday on sale (Note to self - you do not need any more fabric) and the rest was a vintage sheet.
