Sewing Desk

I am preparing to combine my sewing room with my painting room. Downsizing was in order. I was making do with a terrible corner computer desk (free to a good home if your interested). It was way to big for my space and would also be too big for the new space. 

At one of my favorite furniture oppies near by i picked up a small white map of the world desk and a small wooden sewing machine desk for the over locker. Twenty five bucks for the two! 

 

I love sewing on the map desk, its a comfortable height, but i have no idea how anyone can fit there legs underneath the brown sewing one. I hurt my knees everyt ime. Quite unusual since that's what it was originally made for. 

Any who i am happy with my purchases and can't wait to move them in to their new home. Our new shed is nearly up outside and the next job will be installing the new door into my spanky new sewing art room (that sounds like it needs a name...who's got one? sew-art...cra-art....)
