Tea Party Cups

Last night i spent my third session with my HUGE work for the Mad Hatters Exhibition. This painting is 1m by 1m, acrylic on canvas. Its really hard to get a true indication of its size by the picture but hopefully soon you will be able to get an idea.
I am happy with how it is going now but came to a crisis point last night of pure hatred. I always forget when painting that you have to battle through it rather than rip the paint back into it and start again. Thank goodness i came out the other side with few scars.
I have a few more details to add then i am finished. One more project to complete before the exhibition and the exhibition guides graphic work then i can sit back and work on "normal" stuff again....Phhheeewwww.

Happy craft stalking day everyone.

1m X 1m!!! It's looking good - I want to see a picture of you next to it, or holding it, when it's finished? Puhlease? ;)

That looks fantastic! A shot with someone gazing at it would give a good indication of it size.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today... we have had two days of gorgeous spring like weather this week, followed by two of wet, cold and wintery!

Have fun working on your last piece for the exhibition.
It looks awesome! I love it! Big paintings are the best.
I almost thought the painting was 1cm x 1cm.. I was like what!!! :) Anyway... gorgeous painting.. love a tea cup!
